In this area, the clinic has been around for quite a while, and the director has a lot of experience. There are one or two people around me who had surgery there, so I went in for a consultation trusting them. But the young female manager was very rude and her tone was aggressive, which really annoyed me. I did not cause any trouble; I just said I was scared because I am timid, and she told me not to do it if I was sensitive. The director's consultation was also like that because of his experience, and he explained things roughly, but when I asked about the parts I was curious about, he answered in a way that felt really bothersome. Honestly, I wondered whether he was like that only with me or whether he is always like that.. Even if the surgery were good, I do not think I would want to go there because of that bad memory at the time.
