I had nose surgery on August 24, 2022. The director checked my thin skin and explained that the surgery would use silicone and the septum without making it too high. I didn't want a high nose, so I asked them to make it fit my face naturally and keep the silicone from showing. Near the end of the surgery, they explained that 4 mm had been inserted. During the surgery, they kept asking if I was okay and explaining things well. Up to that point it was good, but now two months after surgery, one nostril is lying flat. The left side of my nose is completely flattened. The bridge between my eyes is way too high. T_T The silicone shows too much.
