Since I assume you hadn't looked much into nose surgery compared with women because you're a man, you explained things very thoroughly, so it was easy to understand. I told you about the things I was curious or worried about, and you kindly explained them well. You tried to design it as much as possible around what the patient wanted, so my expectations for the surgery went up a bit. The doctor was also really kind.
