I went for a consultation. The director is basically a person with good instincts. He speaks bluntly and says clearly when something can't be done. I think that's the kind of skill that comes from seeing a lot of patients over the years But when he looked at my nose shape, he already knew what I didn't like even without me saying it. I'll think about it a little more.
