The consultation manager was extremely kind. I’ve checked out more than 10 places, and this was probably the kindest one. For nose surgery, they do 1 hour of sleep anesthesia and 1.5 hours of local anesthesia. There isn’t a separate set A/S period. If there is a surgical problem, they will take responsibility and do revision surgery and a refund, but they won’t provide A/S just because you don’t like the shape. If inflammation develops during the treatment process, they will treat it until the end. The director consultation is 20-30 minutes, and the manager consultation is about 30 minutes. After surgery, the director checks at every treatment visit. The treatment period is 7 days, or up to 10 days at most. Usually you come in for treatment every 2 days, so the director sees you about 4 times. A follow-up consultation with the director is done one month after surgery. Rather than feeling like they’ll do exactly what the patient wants, they seem to talk about what is truly necessary. The director does 2 surgeries per day.
