I went after watching the director's YouTube videos. It's a fairly old clinic, and the director has quite a long career. The wait time wasn't too long, and the manager was really kind. Out of all the places I've been to so far, the manager was truly the kindest. However, the director looked a bit tired, maybe because I had my consultation right after surgery.
