They recommended autologous costal cartilage rather than donated rib cartilage. Actually, both the doctor and the director were very kind. They explained the problems accurately and everything was good, but I could not tell at all whether the result photos were the direction I wanted or not, so I did not go ahead. It was not a forced deposit, but they did say that if I booked, I could get the discounted price.
