I visited because it's a hospital famous for revision surgery and because they said the result would be natural. First of all, the hospital was very large and nice, but that's not a major consideration, so I'll skip that. The consultation manager was kind, but when they looked at my nose, there was some slight irregularity. I heard they had only recently started, though.. I had a consultation with Director Seomangun, and they explained things in detail. They recommended autologous costal cartilage, which no other hospital had mentioned. And they said the silicone was 3D silicone? I'm a bit wary of the latest techniques, haha. How should I put it, once you try something, you just become conservative. That part might be necessary for my nose, but autologous costal cartilage means a longer surgery time, general anesthesia, and the cost... it felt a little burdensome
