I had surgery on another area here before, so I already trusted the clinic. One surgery on another area was satisfying and one was just okay, but it didn’t feel like they were ignoring me. Above all, I thought they were hygienic, so I decided I would get my nose revision surgery here too. The consultation with the director wasn’t long, and it was neither good nor bad. There was no detailed explanation about my nose, just a basic explanation of how surgery could be done like this or that. But the consultation manager is really bad. They said they would contact me about the inquiry, but even after well over a week there was no contact. So I had decided I would definitely have surgery here, but now I’m looking into other places too. The director Seo is famous for noses, so even if I do my nose surgery here, I don’t think I’d want to get other surgeries or procedures from them later. The consultation manager said that unlike other places, they only get a fixed salary, and maybe because of that, I felt like they didn’t care whether I had surgery or not. Maybe that’s why they didn’t keep their promise, but their attitude was really bad.
