Consultation for a revision nose surgery. Director Seoman-gun was fine, but the coordinator who said she had gone to him had a nose that didn't look good. When I asked to see it a little, she panicked and said she couldn't show me, which made me suspicious. I said I wanted a surgery without implants, just silicone removal, and because it was a nose that had already had osteotomy, they were very cautious and said they should lay down thin Innofit silicone. The price was about twice what other hospitals quoted, and they said they'd give me a discount if I made my face public, which felt like pure sales tactics. Later I found out at another hospital that even that Innofit isn't perfect and the doctor has to shave it down like other silicone. Building a big hospital seems to come with that kind of professional salesmanship. They didn't even show photos, and it doesn't seem like they have expertise in crooked noses.
