Because I was looking for a nose that would look as natural and inconspicuous as possible, I got a consultation with Dr. S, who has long been famous for natural results. It was my first nose surgery. My nasal bridge was so low it was almost casting a shadow, but strangely the tip was high, with a slight tendency toward a bulbous nose, and if you looked at the nostrils from below, they were round. First of all, I was glad the doctor said the bridge could be raised with silicone and the tip could be sufficiently lifted with just ear cartilage! I usually felt really uncomfortable about surgery using materials other than ear cartilage, like costal cartilage or septal cartilage, so I was happy that it could be done this way too. He wasn't the super-friendly type, but if I asked questions, he answered well. He seemed to be the type to perform surgery very safely.
