I went in wanting only the tip of my nose done, and Dr. ㅅㅁㄱ could tell what I was worried about just by looking at my nose, even without me saying anything. He said that to match that, they could make a support structure at the nasal tip with ear cartilage, and when I asked whether it could be done with the septum instead, he said they would open the nose and, if it looked okay, use that. But usually for the nasal tip, it seems like the septum is used more often than ear cartilage because of concern that the tip could droop, so I kept thinking, what if I had not said anything...? Also, aside from that, I went in with too little knowledge to even know what to ask, and the doctor did not really explain more either. He was kind when speaking, but it did not seem like there was a detailed explanation (consultation fee 10,000 won). I think I need to study more and go back for another consultation
