The place I had gone to before made me feel a bit rushed throughout the consultation because the director was running out of time? Here, I liked that they asked if I had any questions and answered them. I asked if I had any nasal blockage, and when I said I usually feel a bit blocked and it gets blocked when I lie down, they looked inside my nose and said it seemed slightly crooked. It seems like a place that prioritizes safe surgery, so I'm considering it. They said there would be a discount if I booked on the same day, but I said I'd think about it more.
