I had a consultation with Director Jeong Dong-hak, and since I was introduced by someone I knew, he felt a bit kinder. There was a part where he seemed to want to finish the consultation quickly though~ He did seem professional! He also looked quite older. The consultation with the manager was decent otherwise. It didn't feel especially kind^^; I liked that they didn't pressure me to book on the same day~ The facilities were just so-so I didn't have very high expectations for the surgery, but since he's the head director, I trusted him and went ahead with it!
