Review

The director was kind and explained things well. He kept asking all the way to the end whether I had any questions, without giving the impression that he was rushing for time, and the consultation with the director was good enough that I felt it would be fine even if I put down a deposit. However, when I went there for a consultation, he was on the phone at the reception desk, and since it seemed to be a call about a complaint, seeing him speak angrily and rudely made me worry about the post-op care.

The doctor was very kind and explained the consultation in detail. But the consultation manager felt like they were pressuring me to sign a contract, and the facilities weren't very modern, so service-wise it felt a bit lacking... Still…

The doctor was kind, and the consultation was done with real care. They examined my nose by touching it from different angles and even took photos for a simulation. But the manager kept bringing up the deposit and making me feel pressured…
