Never go on April 31. I had revision surgery, the ear cartilage got completely ruined, and even at 6 months my ear still hurts. They also said they used a lot of septal cartilage, and there are many people whose columella has collapsed. I am one of them. When the surgery goes wrong, they don't really answer on KakaoTalk either. The manager hides behind the doctor and doesn't answer anything, saying they'll connect me to the legal team. Yes. They just tell you to call or come in while I quietly suffer alone and feel depressed, and their post-op handling is different from how they were when first scheduling the surgery. They said the bent columella was my fault and that my facial asymmetry was severe. I really thought that was the case. But I went to other plastic surgery clinics for a third surgery and even went all the way to Asan Medical Center. They told me everyone has asymmetry and there are various reasons, but that the doctor simply lacked skill. Anyway, the fact is that besides me, there were 4 people around me with a bent columella. So there is no other way to see it except that they do not know how to correct a crooked nose. On top of that, with post-op handling like that, this is a hospital that is bad both factually and emotionally. To be honest, the manager is insane. She thinks she is above the doctor. Maybe that is her role, but would she have treated people like this if she thought it was happening to someone around her, even if not to herself?
