I had rhinoplasty with silicone for the bridge and ear cartilage for the tip, and I'm really satisfied with the shape. The line is pretty, natural, and it also looks higher. The downside is that the doctor doesn't seem to like talking at length. After the surgery, when I went in for a consultation because I felt a bit of a foreign-body sensation, he just kept repeating, "If it's uncomfortable, then we have to take it out.".. So I'm satisfied with the cosmetic result, but the doctor's kindness seems lacking.
