I went for a first-surgery consultation, and the waiting time was a bit long. The consultation sequence was doctor first, then the office manager, and the whole thing probably took less than 30 minutes combined. They took a CT first and then the doctor started the consultation. Without even asking what kind of nose I wanted, the doctor explained first what materials would be used and how much height should be added. That surprised me a little. In the end, though, the nose shape the doctor described was exactly the one I wanted, so I didn't have any complaints. They showed before-and-after photos of other people's nose surgeries, and it was exactly the style I wanted.
