Nose surgery especially depends a lot on aesthetic sense, and when I showed before-and-after photos and celebrity photos, when he showed me the line on the CT, my nose shape got a pass. I thought the price was a little on the expensive side, but considering the director’s skill and experience, I felt it wasn’t bad. There were also materials to consider, and I preferred a flashy nose, so I had the surgery with costal cartilage. It has been about 1 year since the surgery, and so far there have been no problems. No uneven nostrils or tip drooping, and after the swelling went down at 6 months, it has stayed exactly that shape.
