At first, I felt like the director was very knowledgeable about the structure of the nose. He explained everything in detail based on the CT scan and was kind. I went on a weekday, so there was hardly any waiting, and I also liked that they do it closed, not open. They recommend using autologous costal cartilage. I plan to look around a few more places before deciding!
