I went back for a follow-up consultation, and their method for nose surgery had changed a lot. I'm torn between white porcelain nose and donated rib cartilage. I'm leaning a bit more toward white porcelain nose, but I'm looking into whether autologous costal cartilage can be used for the bridge of the nose.. And they used to give a discount if you paid on the same day, but I think that's gone now!
