I once happened to have to file a complaint with a clinic. But I had actually mixed up that place with Giraffe, and I had made a complaint to the consultation staff thoughtlessly. It would have been understandable if they had been confused, too, but they calmly and kindly explained that I had misunderstood. I’ve never had a procedure there, but I remember there were many kind consultation staff and that they were well trained.
