I booked after hearing only that a friend of a friend had good results from secondary canthoplasty. I usually avoid large hospitals like this no matter what, but I trusted that one remark and went ahead, haha. The elevator took forever, there were tons of people, and it was full of the usual big-hospital managers, haha. There were discomforts everywhere, but the doctor was still fairly cheerful and seemed okay. I’m quite satisfied with the surgical result, but I think I was just lucky. There are several methods for secondary canthoplasty, and I once put down a deposit for a non-incisional clinic years ago, but I canceled it because I couldn’t really trust it. If you’re going to do it, I think it’s right to do it properly with an incision. But it is a surgery with a lot of opinions. A friend I recommended actually ended up getting revision surgery. For reference, I think the scar is no longer visible now, and there seems to still be a D-shape, but it doesn’t bother me much. My eyes were already large and long, so maybe it’s hard to notice even if it’s there. My personality also isn’t the type to be overly sensitive.
