I had double eyelid surgery about 7 to 8 years ago, and to get to the point, the ptosis correction came undone, so it did not correct my ptosis. The 7 mm lateral canthoplasty also has almost no scarring, but it seems like it has practically reattached. They were so confident saying there would be a ptosis effect even without incision, but later changed their story and said that incisional double eyelids gradually loosen, so you have to redo them every 10 years, which annoyed me.
