I had a consultation for medial canthoplasty and double-eyelid revision, then had the surgery. The doctor looked at my eyes and explained exactly how the inner corner would be opened and what the double-eyelid line would be like, and did the surgery to match the eye shape I wanted. The managers were kind too, and they did the surgery while reflecting my opinion as much as possible.
