I had revision epicanthoplasty to remove the Mongolian fold. I was debating whether to restore it or not, but I did it and it ended up being a bit more of a widening... The Mongolian fold is gone. The lower part of the front seems to have dropped a little, so I'm thinking about restoration. The shape of the inner corner itself is pretty, though. Because of the visible caruncle, it's still disappointing either way.
