I sometimes saw reviews saying the doctor is gruff, but I went in the morning, so maybe because of that? I actually felt they were extremely kind. They had several cases they had personally operated on and showed them to me, which made me trust them. I could definitely feel that they were pursuing a natural look. To get a consultation appointment, during peak season I had to book one or two months in advance, and the earliest surgery slot was 2-3 weeks later.
