Even though I made an appointment, I ended up waiting for 2 hours, so there was no point in making one. I'm glad I came earlier than the time, or I would have been late for my next appointment. I waited a long time, and the director outlined the line and talked about my eyes, saying he would make it fit me exactly, so I ended up trusting him a bit.
