I went in prepared for the wait time, so that was fine. The manager was kind, and the director also explained things carefully in a short amount of time, which was nice. While I was waiting, I heard the staff at the desk gossiping about another customer... I can't write the details here, but that part was a bit... Other than that, I was satisfied with the consultation itself.
