Maybe because it's the material the doctor is most confident using. Anyway, I was satisfied right after the surgery, but a year later my nose shape changed. But the staff member who had been there before the surgery was really rude and unfriendly. On the day itself, without saying a word, they changed me to a different staff member on their own. Even the day before surgery, or on the day itself, they just sent a text message. Anyway, because of that person I remember feeling bad. Even if you like the doctor, there are many clinics that you don't want to go to because of the staff working there..
