I had a nose consultation with Director Kim. First, he used a ruler to measure the lengths of my eyes and nose. I liked that the consultation did not focus only on making a pretty nose, but felt like he was considering facial harmony as well. He also drew angle guidelines over my photo, taking the jawline and forehead line into account. What was disappointing was that I did not get a CT scan, so I was concerned that they would only open me up during surgery and, if the septum was insufficient, might have to use donated rib cartilage. The director seemed very meticulous.
