That hospital that quoted 12 million won for a revision surgery... It felt like maybe they did not want to operate, or maybe the expected result did not seem worth the cost, so they quoted a very high price to make it impossible. The consultation was short, and I think I talked with the manager for longer. They said to build a firm support column with costal cartilage and do septal extension. They also said if there was not enough skin, we could use autologous dermis or AlloDerm.
