That hospital that quoted 12 million won for a revision surgery... I guess they didn’t want to do the surgery, or maybe because my expectations didn’t match the price, they quoted a high amount to make it impossible. The consultation was short, and I think I talked with the manager longer. They said to build a solid pillar with costal cartilage and extend the septum. If there isn’t enough skin, they said to use autologous dermis or AlloDerm.
