I went for a consultation because they said they were good at naturally correcting a bulbous nose, but since it was a revision surgery, they honestly said it would be hard to expect any bigger effect, and they tend to say honestly what they don't think can be done. Surprisingly, they said re-osteotomy was possible too (there were also clinics that did not recommend re-osteotomy because it was risky). Because of the silicone, they said we needed a CT scan, so I suddenly paid extra and got a CT as well.
