Review of Yerom

Since I'm on mobile, I'm so disappointed that I can't upload photos. I'll post a review later, yes yes. It's been exactly 2 weeks since I had surgery here. (small nose, low nose, but a crazy dorsal hump, crooked nose, deviated septum, asymmetrical nostrils, thin skin, long columella but short sides) My skin is extremely thin and fair, and my nose is really very small and low. I kept hearing that it was a difficult nose and that silicone would show through, so I was too scared to even think about surgery until my late 20s. As people with very low noses know, I couldn't even dare take side-profile selfies and was stressed out, so for my first surgery I even looked into autologous dermis... Then I picked a date and went around to plastic surgery clinics, since I live outside the city.

After going around, I came for the last consultation at Yerom.. (Even if you don't end up having surgery here, I recommend definitely going through a consultation, especially if you have a difficult nose like mine.) They pointed out the fundamental reason for the stuffy impression that I hadn't even realized myself. It felt like scratching an itch in exactly the right spot... They were firm and principled about saying what can be done and what can't.

And I didn't trust those "our clinic doesn't do ghost surgery" claims, but this one is real. I spent 7 to 8 hours in surgery that day. They used silicone + septum + ear cartilage + behind-the-ear dermis. Because it was a difficult nose, it took even longer, they said. With deep sleep anesthesia, I wasn't breathing properly,ㅠ so for safety they made it lighter while I was still conscious, I could see the director working hard for such a long time in between.. respect.

It seems they aim for a line that harmonizes naturally with the face you already have. Sisters who want something glamorous should consult based on the materials they already have (skin quality matters, and the bigger the nose, the more advantageous it seems), and if the nose is possible, I think they will do it. It matched the direction I wanted and I'm very satisfied. My flat image became much sharper, and it looks like my own nose. Because my nose was too small, they widened the nostrils, and my face looks much smaller; the tight, pinched impression became softer and cuter, and it fits my face perfectly. Since I have thin skin, the swelling seems to have mostly gone down already, but they said a little more will go down later. The line looks prettiest right now. I ended up writing this long ramble out of gratitude. I hope it helps everyone.
