I think my face has gotten a lot better than before. The epicanthoplasty and double eyelids seem a little different left and right, but I'm thinking of matching the lines with buried sutures. The scar from the alar reduction is not very noticeable unless I make expressions that stretch the philtrum. As for the cartilage tying, since the cartilage wasn't that large to begin with and because it was done closed, I'm a little disappointed with the tip volume, and I don't think the asymmetry-type complex has been fully resolved. I'm thinking of using ear cartilage and septal support as graft material for a nose tip revision. I'm debating whether I should do it here or go somewhere else too. I don't regret having had the surgery.
