I started orthodontic treatment in my mid-to-late 20s, and it’s almost been 5 years since I finished. Mine was non-extraction, and I had a slight open bite. It took a little under 2 years, and I was satisfied, but I didn’t wear my retainer properly, so I think it relapsed a bit Still, it’s much better than before orthodontic treatment. If everyone here is almost done with orthodontic treatment or hasn’t been done for long, I hope you wear your retainer well for at least 1 year, even if it’s annoying
