I went there for a nose surgery consultation, but maybe because they’re so popular, I ended up waiting for a little over an hour. When I talked with the manager, it felt a bit dishonest. Also, the surgeon was very busy, so the consultation felt rushed, and I couldn’t ask all the questions I wanted to ask. They only answered a few of them and said the manager would handle the rest, which was disappointing. Are famous doctors all like this?
