Why is it so hard, and why did I not know.. First, when you go in for surgery, they shave off all your nose hair. Then they disinfect inside the nose.. From this point on, I already hated the surgery. Why.. because they told me to swallow all that disinfectant lol ㅠㅠㅠ Then they disinfect your whole face, cover you with a drape, and do the surgery. This has never happened to me before, but maybe painless anesthesia did not suit me, I came back from playing in some 4-dimensional world and heard everything during the surgery. (The clinic I went to first puts you to sleep with painless anesthesia at the beginning, and after about 20 minutes they just have you close your eyes and operate under local anesthesia.) Honestly, I thought if I woke up I would be so scared I would faint, but I could hear sounds and feel sensations, yet it did not hurt at all, so it was doable!! After rhinoplasty, it does not hurt. When everything was over, they showed me my nose in the mirror, and my nose had become half its size. They said it was swollen, but still, it had gotten smaller!! I was happy, but that happiness was brief. When I got the antibiotic injection, it hurt soooo much.
I had surgery at a place that does not use nasal packing, so from the first day, I had a runny nose and a little blood dripping down. Since I could only breathe through my mouth, my mouth kept getting dry and I could not taste food either. Fortunately, it still does not hurt at all.
On the second day, I went to the clinic and cried. Why is treatment more painful than the surgery.. They cleaned out the blood scabs and mucus inside my nose ㅠㅠ and again, the disinfectant, they told me to swallow it all ㅠㅠ My incised nose, inside my nose, and throat all hurt, so tears streamed down. They taped the incision area, and that stung so much again that I cried. Then I got another antibiotic injection. The clinic is treating me as best as they can, and ah, my nose looks so pretty every time I see it and I am happy, but I am scared to go to the clinic and it hurts so much. The tape and stitches have not been removed yet, so I will come back to write a review after everything is removed! I had bulbous nose surgery (no implant) + nostril wing lifting.
