There were many people in the comments who were worried about costal cartilage. To tell you, shape came first for me! On one hand, there are people whose nose droops even with ear cartilage, while on the other hand, there are people who use costal cartilage and maintain it well for a long time. I had the surgery without worrying too much, and as a result, the shape has been holding up well with no problems so far! I guess everyone has a material that suits them haha I had surgery with Director Choi Hang-seok at Premier Plastic Surgery!! haha The materials used were septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage. I’m posting a review after a long time, so I hope many people see it :)
