After carefully thinking about my first nose surgery, I had it done at Tiana with silicone + autologous costal cartilage. It’s been 6 months, and I’m more than 70% satisfied. First of all, I really disliked my nose before, so it improved a lot. I’m satisfied. But when I look at it from the side, the nasal tip droops too much, so every time I look in the mirror, it keeps bothering me and I don’t like it.. to the point that I want revision surgery. Still, I think this much for a first surgery is a complete success. I did want it to look natural but fancy, but people around me say it doesn’t look like I had my nose done at all.. The clinic facilities are clean, and the director is also fairly kind.
