My review of getting surgery too after following a friend who got an elegant yet natural nose line

Before surgery, I was stressed because my nose was small with no presence, and the front view looked a bit wide. My friend said she had gone for a nose surgery consultation and booked it, so she showed me the reviews, and every single one was my style. The nose lines were so pretty. I wondered if I should wait until my friend had her surgery, but I just went, consultation, go go~! right away too. Since I went together with my friend who had already booked surgery, the director smiled, and the consultation had a nice atmosphere. He told me my columella was short, so it would be hard to raise it a lot. Instead, he said he would extend the columella as much as possible during surgery, and that my septum looked small on CT, so we should leave donated costal cartilage as an option too and decide in the operating room. I just decided right away on donated costal cartilage~! The director thought it was cute that I decided quickly and was so cool about it lol. I think he found it cute that two people with small, round bulbous noses were getting consultations together. Around the time my friend got her splint removed, I had my surgery too. Watching my friend’s swelling go down first helped me stay mentally steady without obsessing over it, and as I kept going on walks, at some point, ta-da~!! The nose line I had seen in the reviews became my own nose lol. I love how I somehow look more refined, and it made me realize the presence a nose can give is amazing. My friend’s surgery also went well, and she’s satisfied too. Thanks to my friend, I think I was lucky to choose a good surgical clinic without having to search around myself.
