It’s been about 5 years since my nose surgery, and I’m not sure exactly when it started, but my nasal tip is drooping. It feels like it’s about to touch my philtrum soon; The shape and height of my nose aren’t bad, so I’m thinking of rebuilding just the nasal tip with costal cartilage. Besides The Nan, Gonggan, and RU, are there any other places you’d recommend for revision surgery using costal cartilage?
