I had the silicone and the entire nasal tip completely removed, and after taking out the nasal cotton, why do my nostrils look so big? They’re going to shrink, right? My nose also looks upturned Today is day 3, so my nostrils will shrink, right? I still have the splint and stitches on. I’m worried again that my nostrils won’t get smaller.
