Is there anyone who had silicone removed, kept the nasal tip support strut, and refined the shape with minimal ear cartilage?? I’m debating it right now, but since this would be implant-free surgery, I’m worried about decades later.. Since this is my third surgery, I hope it’ll be the last, so I’m also wondering if I should just do a complete removal this time. But I’m worried the tip might collapse if I remove the support strut, so if anyone has done this, I’d like to hear your reviews
