My hooked nose had been a complex of mine for a long time, but since it’s a surgery that involves shaving down bone, I thought it would hurt a lot, so I hadn’t been able to try it. But after receiving a more professional and accurate consultation at the plastic surgery clinic, I started looking forward to how my nose would look after surgery more than feeling afraid! Maybe because it’s a private clinic, Director Kim Jae-yoon examined me carefully and explained everything well. For the nasal bridge, no implant was used, and for the nasal tip, ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage were used. It has already been one month now. After surgery, the bruising and swelling weren’t severe. More than my nose, my ear hurt, and more than my ear, the antibiotic injection hurt more. At first it felt awkward, but after about 3 weeks, people around me told me so many times that my nose looked pretty! A friend even complimented my nose at an orientation after-party without knowing I had surgery, and when I told them I had surgery, they felt sorry, that’s how natural it looked.. Somehow, compared with other clinics, I feel like I had the surgery at a very reasonable price, and the surgery also turned out well, so I’m even more, more, more satisfied! I feel like I’ll like it even more as the swelling goes down and more time passes!
