They explained it as if it were not a particularly difficult surgery, but their confident tone and expression made me feel reassured. Since this was a revision rhinoplasty and I needed confidence, the explanation itself was simple, but it felt like they covered everything necessary, including the surgical method, materials, and recommended line... lol. I scheduled the consultation expecting a long wait and allowed plenty of time, but there was hardly any waiting, so I had time left over... lol. I had good back-and-forth with the coordinator, who helped me clearly communicate the parts I wanted.
