They said the cartilage in my nasal tip was very weak, so during surgery I used autologous costal cartilage! Honestly, when I look at photos from before my nose surgery, the nose was such a lost cause that even editing it was hard, but now I like even photos that other people randomly take of me. It was true that nose surgery changes your impression a lot. I somehow feel full of confidence even with a bare face haha. Up until one month after nose surgery, I was worried that I looked kind of like an Avatar or that maybe I had made it too flashy, but now I like it perfectly haha
I had the surgery at a plastic surgery clinic and got it through an acquaintance’s recommendation. After nose surgery, when I looked at reviews and things, people said you definitely have to get nose surgery at least twice, but for me, the result came out in the shape I wanted in one go, so I’m extremely satisfied!
