I had nasal tip surgery without an implant, using septal cartilage + ear cartilage. Before the surgery, they said a straight-to-slightly-curved line would be possible, but after the surgery, my nose line looked too much like a slide, so I asked about it. They said something along the lines of, if you only do the nasal tip, it ends up looking like a semi-upturned line. Is that true…? And if you only do the nasal tip, do the nostrils show more than with your natural nose? At the clinic, they say that if you raise the nasal tip, the nostrils will show more than with your natural nose..
