I had a procedure similar to Hiko. The name differs from clinic to clinic, so I’m not exactly sure, but it was a procedure where they injected filler like Hiko and inserted a few threads or similar materials. The doctor treated me very kindly, and when I got scared, they explained everything well while carrying out the procedure. Honestly, since my nose was already somewhat shaped, there wasn’t a huge effect, but even if only for a short while, my nose maintained a pretty shape, so I was fairly satisfied with the procedure. For a factory-style clinic, the fact that the doctor was so kind and performed the procedure so carefully and attentively was the most touching point.
